05 / Optimize
Growth strategy and marketing audits.
Channel, funnel and content strategy based on where the system is actually breaking — not on which channel is easiest to sell.
What this actually is
A growth audit is a structured read of the whole journey: where demand comes from, what happens on the page, what happens after the form, and whether the numbers describing all of it can be trusted.
The output is a sequence. Which constraint to address first, what it is likely worth, and what should wait.
Where it usually breaks
- 01Budget is allocated by habit rather than by where the constraint is
- 02Conversion definitions differ between the ad platform, analytics and the CRM
- 03Content exists but nobody can say which stage of the journey it serves
- 04Reporting describes activity instead of answering a business question
- 05Every channel looks slightly underperforming and no one can say why
What the work includes
Channel & funnel
- Channel mix and spend allocation review
- Funnel analysis from first click to closed customer
- Audience journey mapping
- Handoff analysis between marketing and sales
Content & messaging
- Content gap analysis
- Messaging gaps by funnel stage
- Content priorities for the next 90 days
- Service-page and offer review
Systems & data
- Tracking and conversion-definition review
- CRM structure, routing and follow-up timing
- Data reliability review
- Prioritized roadmap and findings presentation
How it connects to the system
The audit sets the sequence for everything else. It decides which part of the system gets built or repaired first instead of defaulting to whichever channel is easiest to sell.
- Sets the order of work across all six other capabilities
- Defines the qualified-lead definition the rest of the system measures against
- Identifies whether the constraint is acquisition, conversion, follow-up or measurement
How performance is measured
- Cost per qualified lead by channel
- Conversion rate at each handoff in the journey
- Time from inquiry to first human contact
- Share of leads with usable source data attached
What to expect — and what isn't promised
A written set of findings, a prioritized roadmap and a working session to walk through both. Recommendations are specific enough to act on without us.
- Not guaranteed: A guaranteed lift in leads or revenue
- Not guaranteed: That every finding will be inexpensive to fix
- Not guaranteed: Perfect attribution where the data does not support it
Typical fit
Businesses spending on marketing without a clear read on what is actually producing qualified opportunities.
Common questions
The System Review is a short fit and diagnostic conversation. The Growth System Audit is a paid engagement with hands-on analysis of your accounts, CRM and measurement, and a written roadmap at the end.
Read access to the ad accounts, analytics, tag manager, CRM and website. If access is limited, we say plainly which parts of the picture we could not verify.
Typically two to three weeks, depending on how many platforms are in scope and how quickly access is arranged.
We can, but the audit stands on its own. Some clients take the roadmap to an internal team or an existing agency.
