How it works

Diagnose before prescribing.

Marketing agencies often sell a channel first and diagnose the business second. Market Joinery reverses that order — because the right channel for the wrong constraint still fails.

  1. Step 1

    System Review

We start with what feels disconnected. We'll get enough context around acquisition, conversion, follow-up and measurement to identify the likely constraint and determine whether there's a clear next step. It's a fit and diagnostic conversation — not a comprehensive audit. When deeper analysis is warranted, the paid Growth System Audit is the separate engagement for that.

  2. Step 2

    Measurement Plan

Before building anything, we agree on what a qualified lead is, which events matter, and how success will be judged. Without this, every later decision is an opinion.

  3. Step 3

    90-Day Priorities

We sequence the work by impact and effort. Some items get built, some get fixed, and some get removed because they're consuming attention without earning it.

  4. Step 4

    Build & Launch

Implementation happens inside your accounts and your platforms: campaigns, pages, CRM structure, automation, tracking and reporting.

  5. Step 5

    Learn & Optimize

We test, read the results honestly, and decide what changes next. The system is meant to keep improving after launch, not to be handed over and forgotten.

Transparency

What you'll always know.

Reporting is meant to answer questions, not to demonstrate effort. Five things stay visible for the length of an engagement.
  • 01What we're working on
  • 02Why we're working on it
  • 03What changed
  • 04What the numbers mean
  • 05What happens next

Account ownership

Your accounts stay yours.

Wherever the platform allows it, your business is the owner of the advertising accounts, analytics properties, tag containers, search console, business profile and CRM. We work inside your infrastructure with the access we need — nothing more.

That means campaign history, conversion data, audience signals and reporting stay with you if the engagement ends. There is no proprietary layer you would have to rebuild from zero, and no marketing history held as leverage.

Occasionally a platform limitation makes a shared or consultant-held asset the practical option. When that happens, it's stated up front and documented rather than discovered later.
